About Hotel points

How do I acquire hotel points?

Become a Jinchen hotel member. Any booking you make with the hotel will gain you points once you have registered as hotel member, you can make reservations online or make reservation through the hotel reservation center. Room rate RMB 1 = 1 point, for example, if you pay RMB 1000 for room rate and you will get 1000 points. There are no points for other expenses except for room rate.

When would my points be added?

After check out, points will be added to your point account. Generally, it takes less than five working days. On public holidays you would probably have to wait a little longer.

How can I know how many points I have accumulated?

You can login and check your member information in your profile.

What is the expiry period of hotel points?

The customer's gained points are valid as long as there are new points in every year. For example, if you check in on December 2nd 2005 and get 1000 points but you have not gained any more points till December 31st 2006, all points you gained will be cancelled.

Note

If there is a NO SHOW for three times, then hotel points will be deducted from your points account (equal to the third reservation amount). The Membership Point Policy is subject to change without notice. Jinchen hotel reserve the right to change the Reward Point Policy.

Exchange points for gifts

1.       With 3000 points, you can redeem a coupon valued RMB 50 for meal.

2.       With 5000 points, you can redeem a coupon valued RMB 100 for meal.

3.       With 8000 points, you can redeem a coupon valued RMB 150 for meal

4.       With 12000 points, you can redeem a mobile phone or a transportation rechargeable card valued RMB100.

5.       With 22000 points, you can redeem a mobile phone or a transportation rechargeable card valued RMB200.

Exchange points for room

1.       With 15000 points, you can redeem a standard room for one night.

2.       With 18000 points, you can redeem a superior room A for one night.

3.       With 20000 points, you can redeem a deluxe room for one night.

4.       With 26000 points, you can redeem an executive room for one night.

Exchange points for room upgrade

1.       With 5000 points, you can upgrade a standard room to a superior room

2.       With 2000 points, you can upgrade a superior room to a deluxe room

3.       With 2000 points, you can upgrade a deluxe room to an executive room

How to exchange & what should I pay attention to

1. Submit your application on the website at least 3 days (excluding the national holidays) prior to your arrival, you will receive a E-MAIL notice or you can check it in your profile once your application is confirmed by the hotel. Then the points needed will be deduct from your points account.

2. There are no points any more for the room exchanged with points

3. Exchange points for room is not available during Fair

4. Your application can be modified or cancelled but you should inform the hotel at least one working day prior to your arrival TEL: + 86-21-64717000*111

5. There is no invoice for the gifts/rooms/service exchanged with points
